Melissa has over 20 years corporate experience as a finance professional (including Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Executive Board level) working for multinationals in Australia and Asia, with a strong focus on governance, risk management, strategic and operational planning.

Melissa has an extensive background in the industrial and water industries and has a strong belief in the sustainability of our natural resources. This is further coupled by living in the Dandenong Ranges, she has a strong appreciation for nature and green space and our need to live in harmonisation with our surroundings.

In 2021, she has transitioned her career to a part time portfolio CFO for SMEs, wanting to help business owners achieve their dreams and live the life they choose. She joins the board of Global Gardens of Peace to lend her financial skills and expertise.
